For cake orders, payment is available through our website, Venmo, or PayPal. Payment must be received before we begin making your cake.
How do I order a cake?
Start by visiting our Pawtfolio and finding the cake style you love. From there, follow the ordering options for that cake.
For the best chance of securing your preferred date, we recommend ordering at least 3 days in advance. Our cakes are made fresh for each order, including same-day orders when our schedule allows. Same day orders are welcome, but availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Because cakes are made specifically for your order, payment must be received before we begin making your cake. Cake orders can be paid through our website, Venmo, or PayPal.
Cake orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been made.
How fresh are your treats?
Everything is made fresh for your order and made to order, with the exception of our jerkies, which are made in small batches.
Because our treats are handmade without the long shelf-life additives found in many commercial treats, freshness and proper storage matter. Please follow the storage and serving instructions provided with your order.
Are your products made to order?
Yes! Everything is made to order except our jerkies, which are made in small batches.
This means we don't keep large quantities of finished baked goods sitting around. Your order is made especially for your Pompi. 🐾
What's the difference between Celebration Cakes and Soft Bakes?
Celebration Cakes are made for birthdays, gotcha days, and other special occasions. They can be customized to make your Pompi's celebration extra special.
Soft Bakes are our ready-to-order baked treats in different shapes and sizes. They're cute, delicious, and made with the same care, but they are not customizable.
