Yes! Local pickup is available by appointment at:

Furballs Grooming: parking lot meetup.

Plaza Super Jet: parking lot meetup.

Both locations are available to all customers. You’ll meet me directly outside to collect your order.

The easiest way to pay is directly through our website.

For orders other than Celebration Cakes, cash, card, and check are accepted at pickup. Venmo can be arranged in advance.

Celebration Cake orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

How fresh are your treats?

Most of our treats are made fresh for each order. Our Crunchi Jerkies are prepared in small batches.

We do not add preservatives to extend shelf life, so proper storage helps keep your Pompi's treats fresh.

Celebration Cakes and Soft Bakes: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.

Crunchi Bakes: Keep refrigerated for up to 1 month.

Crunchi Jerkies: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 months.

For longer storage, keep them in the freezer.

What's the difference between Celebration Cakes and Soft Bakes?

The biggest difference is customization.

Celebration Cakes are made specifically for your Pompi and can be customized with your choice of shape, colors and design.

Depending on the cake style, you can also add your Pompi's name, custom lettering, Mini Me Pompi Face or Full Body Mini Me Pompi.

Soft Bakes come in set designs and are not customizable.

How do I order a Celebration Cake?

Browse our Pawtfolio to find a cake style you love, then visit Build Your Own Cake to choose your cake, customize the available options and place your order.

After ordering, you’ll receive an email with a link to upload any Pompi photos or design inspiration for your cake.

We recommend ordering at least 3 days in advance. Same day orders may be available depending on our schedule, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Your order is confirmed once full payment is received. Celebration Cake orders cannot be canceled or refunded after payment.
